When do I receive my gift?
You will receive your $25 gift card after your referral's 30 day membership is completed and they sign up for the annual membership.
Do I have to be a member to get a gift?
Yes! You have to be a Reside Health Annual Member (paid individual membership) when your referral becomes an Annual Member in order to receive a gift card. Sponsored members and trial members will not receive a gift.
Will I get a gift if I accept any special promotions?
We're glad to hear that an in-office promotion caught your eye. If you are the referred member who signs up with another special promotion, you will not receive an additional $25 gift card.
If you referred a friend who took a special promotion, you will still receive a $25 gift card when they become a paid annual member.
How will I receive my gift?
For both the referrer and referred member, our team will email you a virtual $25 Amazon gift card to the email used for each Membership account.
If the referred member accepts another gift before the end of the 30 day experience, they will not receive an additional gift.
How many friends can I refer?
You can refer as many friends as you'd like -- you can only receive a gift for up to five referrals per year.
